How to Order

    Ordering is simple and safe:

  • 1. To add the services you want to the order form, click on 'Add to cart'.
  • 2. You can modify the number of items in your basket, and update. If you want to remove an item already in the basket, just click on the trash icon next to it. If you want to add other items to the basket, just click 'Back to catalog' to continue your shopping.
  • 3. When you are done with your shopping, just click on the Basket item at the top of the page or on 'Order Form'.
    4. For returning customers, if you have saved your customer code in your computer after your first order, your personal information will be automatically retrieved.
  • 5. Select the type of credit card you want to use for payment and then click on 'Confirm order'.
  • 6. You can still change the quantities of services and reservations. As usual, click on the trash icon to remove items from the basket. Then 'Confirm your order'. If you made a mistake, just clear all the items and start all over again.
  • 7. On the order form, complete the area for personal billing details. If you are purchasing physical products and want to send the products to somebody else, please fill in the requested shipping form.
  • 8. Your order uses encrypted transmission, which ensures privacy of your credit card information, as we never get to know it - being directly transmitted to the bank server. Just fill in your credit card information and pay on of the secure server page.

Shipping options may vary depending on the weight, dimensions and nature of the item as well as delivery address.

The shipment of the ordered products is usually done within 5 business days from the order to the address indicated in the order form, unless the products are not in stock at time of order. Weekend a Firenze srl is not responsible for delays in delivery of the goods due to force majeure, delays from supplier or courier.

Please note that for shippings outside the European Union, the recipient will be required to pay any additional costs due to the fees established by the law of the country of destination.
