Letting the eyes and the fantasy leave, granting oneself the luxury to look it from the upside. In Modica, pearl of the Sicilian Baroque, there are very few places that allow such a marvel. One of these is the so called “I Tetti di Siciliando” (The Roofs of Siciliando): a B&B that was born in 1998 because of the stubborn will of some young people in Modica to give back the community and tourists the charm of an ancient palace of the first ‘900, with its intimate courtyard perfumed of jasmine, its decorated rooms and its flooring embellished with ceramic from Caltagirone.
Those guys dream has become a cooperative and a company, that, all over the years, has made the responsible tourism and the enhancement of environmental and artistic resources its distinctive brand. The facility (8 rooms: simple, cozy, with internal shower) – provided with internet connection, reading-living room, garage for bike and motorbike – is situated a few meters from the Cathedral of Saint George and it is suitable for hosting small groups.
For people who love nature, sport and active holidays, the facility offers cuisine lessons and itineraries that allow visitors to observe, walk, ride a bike, following their own rhythm, losing themselves in perfumes and colours of fascinating city centres, of suggestive caves, typical of the landscape, of wonderful and relaxing natural reserves, where archeology, woods, olive expanses, citrus grove downgrade towards the sea.

Cancellation Policy
Once a confirmation code has been assigned to your reservation, we can refund the cost minus a service fee (reservation fee and online booking fee) for cancellations up to 1 week before the event. Cancellations less than one week before your booked event and no-shows are not refundable.
